Re: Requesting some report

Yep, RAM is quite slow, which combined with the small caches is really not ideal. The CPU also clocks a bit higher though and it can also be overclocked further. So that was the CPU starving pretty much all the time, now I see. Thanks for the answer. I think the case's closed. I'll probably do some...

Re: Requesting some report

Well, color me surprised, I'd never have expected going over 60 FPS with those little machines. I guess I could use msleep but then I suppose I'll need to grab one of the newer models (with an old enough OS, right) if I want to see how it goes. What did they change for them to be that fast? Streetwa...

Re: Requesting some report

Thanks for the report. On my side I tried with the latest build of Ndless-SDK (r2014, commit 9ad392aca8874412f69492cf67d216efc3f62415 ) to be sure that it'd work on more recent version of Ndless (I don't remember the version of the build I had). I get a solid 24FPS on my side (even if I expected it ...

Requesting some report

Hello there. I uploaded a preview version of Bust-a-Move for Ti-Nspire CX and I'd like to know if it worked on all models/OS versions. I somehow made it work on my side from the first try so I highly suspect something's afoul somewhere, somehow. That's why I'd like people to give it a try and report...

Re: Catching up with Ndless

Ok, thanks. I suppose upgrading that's probably the best way around to keep a similar situation than the other users. I'm still hesitating because I don't really know if I'll lose something in the process. For instance I remember being told at one point that the transfer speed would become rather sl...

Re: Catching up with Ndless

Which nspire do you have? I own a 2011 Nspire CX CAS, so it predates that VRAM-related hardware revision. In any case, the latest Ndless supports up to OS 4.5.0 so far. Glad to hear, I was misled by the way the page was worded, I thought you needed to be on 4.5.0 to run Ndless 4.5.0. Thanks for the...

Catching up with Ndless

Hello. I had some ideas in my mind and as a result, I successfully charged up my old Nspire and still can transfer up some files even thought the USB port is almost dead. So I had a few questions regarding Ndless and developing for it: - I still rock a 3.1 OS. Should I update to keep up to date with...

Re: nSquirrel on Ti-Nspire

Un autre exemple de programme est en cours de réalisation. Un casse-briques, cette fois.

Re: nSquirrel : Squirrel Programming on Ti-Nspire

I'll upload the v1.0.1 then once I'm done with the first demo. Edit : 1.0.1 done. Pushed a few bugfixes and a brand new sokoban as an example. : https://github.com/Eiyeron/squirrel/releases/tag/nsquirrel_1.0.1 Uploading this version it in the archives. Edit : Voilà, la version francophone du post or...

Re: nSquirrel : Squirrel Programming on Ti-Nspire

An example with lots of comments will come a little later, with a bugfix about some things that I overlooked (like a wrong argument usage on drawSpritePart and wrong key names setting). Good to see another "standard", alternative language on the Nspire, showcasing once more what one can do...
