Launch fontGrid.exe from the msys terminal with the two following arguments :
width - size in pixel of characters
height - size in pixel of characters

Example :
cd .../FontGrid
./fontGrid.exe 8 12

If the program runs normally a window will open, showing the result.
Close the window, the new .bmp file appeared in the same folder as the executable.
