Known bugs

- a meta information have to be finished by a end of line, else drawing this information will fail
- layout should take care of the added pixel-width for vectors
- copyscreen : add the mask for less than 8 pixel width picture
- a runtime bug I found with a 62k large file, so impossible to debug it...
- pretty print expression larger than 255 pixels aren't drawn correctly (maybe Ti-OS limitation)

TODO
----
- optimize reading keys
- verify for every var (no_link, no_bkmk) the maximum number of it
- manage the spaces at an end of line
- manage the link API when there is no link
- test link in bookmark
- do something with getStr, mk_htxt, searchMenu
- make sure that in every menu the font size is taken in account
- suffix with different font... not very nice
