nProtect
========

nProtect is a little program for Nspire running OS 3.1 or OS 3.6 which allows you to protect the file explorer from unwanted people.
If you wish to use it with OS 3.6, you will need nLaunchy ( http://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=13213 ) in order to make nProtect work right after you boot.

I Install

-Install Ndless 3.1 ( http://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8677 ) or Ndless 3.6 ( http://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=14087 )
-Transfer nProtect.tns on your Nspire in the /ndless/startup folder (create it if needed)
-Reboot your Nspire : push the "reset" button on the back (it won't erase anything! (except unsaved content)) or remove a battery.

II Use

Now, if you wish to access the file explorer, you need to press the "=" key, which is your secret key, then, without releasing "=", press the key which make you access the file explorer.
Example: In the Home menu, press "=" and without releasing "=", press "2".

If you need another "secret key" (well, if everyone use "=" a the secret key, it isn't secret anymore...), ask me which key you want in this topic (english if OK even if this is a French forum): http://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12353 , I'll compile it for you with your very secret key.
(if you are paranoid, I can even make combinations of several secret keys).

III Limits

nProtect does not protect everything. Someone who knows the Nspire (quite unlikely) could access the "Recent" documents.
