Description 

With HOT CHICKS CE, you can see hot chicks on your very own graphing calculator. Watch 18+ stars for free and see uncensored hot chicks in bed. HOT CHICKS CE features unlimited hours of nighttime action for absolutely free. HOT CHICKS CE puts you in control and lets you turn up the heat when you want to.

To install, send CHICKS.8xp and the C libraries (https://github.com/CE-Programming/libraries/releases/latest to your calculator using TI-Connect CE or TiLP.

Due to technological limitations, GeoIP is unavailable on the TI-84 Plus CE. Thus, if you want to see HOT CHICKS in *your* area, you'll need to manually update your tracking cookie. Set the first 4 bytes of HCTRACKR to your latitude as a float, the next four bytes to your longitude, and the next byte as your UTC-relative time zone.

This is an entry in Cemetech Contest 25: Heat. It is written in C for the TI-84 Plus CE.
